Purchase and Agreement Policies
A lot of time, hard work and care go into the babies that we raise. It is important to us that each one finds a loving home with a loving family. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a bird if we feel that the buyer has not done enough research to fully understand what he or she is getting into.
We require a "Good Faith" $250.00 non-refundable deposit on all our babies. Payment plans are available. A minimum payment of $250.00 a month must be made in order to keep this agreement in good standing. All payments are due on the 15th of the month regardless of when your baby is purchased. Your baby, shipping charges and or DNA charges (if applicable) must be paid in full prior to weaning or your deposit and all monies paid will be forfeited and the baby will be offered to someone else. If for any reason we cannot provide you with a baby, your deposit will be refunded. Credit cards are accepted (a small surcharge will be applied for all credit card transactions).
We encourage you to visit your baby while it is growing up "by appointment only". If you do not live close by and are unable to visit your baby, we will gladly send you pictures via E-mail.
We prefer not to ship our babies but occasionally it is the only other option. Since you may not be able to personally pick up your new baby, he/she will be shipped via airlines for an additional fee depending on the airline and weather permitting. USA only.
DNA sexing can be done for a fee of $25.00.
A "Baby Book" with pictures of your baby growing up, can be purchased for $15.00 + s&h.

Health Guarantee
T's EXOTIC'S acknowledges that, at the time of purchase, the bird(s) invoiced are in good health. You as the buyer are encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. If during this 72 hour period, the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well being, as determined by the examining veterinarian, we will reserve the right at our discretion, to either refund to the buyer the purchase price or to replace the said bird(s) with bird(s) of same species, sex (if known) and age, or bird(s) of equal value upon return of purchased bird(s).
